		<description>Linked-in is not overlooked by my company who have now decided that rules regarding employees not posting on forums as identifiable employees of our company also now apply to Linked-in. There is a security aspect should anyone want to target our employees for bad reasons but this is also restricting the potential for the employees to be head hunted - a good thing for our company but not for the individual. Following an in depth discussion with my line management I have now removed all reference to my current employer from my Linked-in profile. However looking at my contacts will give anyone a very good idea of who my employer actually is. It&#039;s a minefield.</description>
