Lorraine-

I love charts and diagrams as a tool to teach my clients and coaching students. While your post is not about charts and visuals per se, it reminds me of the power of visuals.

In fact, I'm now inspired by your post to blog myself about charts as a business tool. I'll post something this week on the topic at http://www.askmattonline.com.

As an experiment, I'll title my post "Marketing Organization Chart" to see wht traffic it generates. I'll let you know the results.

Another great post!

Two of my favorite local business and marketing thinkers- Lorraine ball and Kyle Lacy. Thank you both!
