Hi Lorraine, first timer on your blog. I usually find that the hardest part of a business plan is the money. I may have great ideas but no money to pursue them.

The biggest mistake I see, usually from engineers and tech folks is they fall in love with with their product. They spend lots of time talking about product features but little time talking about the market need. Does anyone really want the product
