Firstly, I thought your blog post was very good. I’ve looked over a few Team Building Blogs today and this was by far the best written.

I have recenly taken part in a Team Building event at Strike Laser ( http://www.strikelaser.com.au/ ) and we all had a really great time. I think team building is vital to for a team working within a small business. Workloads are often so high, as in the case of my office we rarely have time to interact except to put calls through to one another and wish people a nice weekend.

I also think that some small business forget that inhouse PR is also needed.
