		<description>You have the fact you&#039;re in Indiana going for you, with one of the very few state houses willing to do the hard work up front.  The last 30 years haven&#039;t been especially great for Indiana, but I suspect the next 30 years might see it rise again as an economic powerhouse.  Here&#039;s hoping.</description>
