Before starting Roundpeg, I spent 11 years in the HVAC industry. Working with contractors all across the US I built a fairly simply budget model. The analysis looks at existing customers,(service contracts), business concentration (new construction, service, commercial customers) and budget allocation.
Recently I had a chance to work with Anacore, an amazing software development company here in Indy to transform my model into an interactive tool.
