Lorraine Ball – An award winning marketing professional, Lorraine spent twenty years in corporate America, before coming to her senses. Frustrated by the resistance to change, indecision, and lack of entrepreneurial spirit as she climbed the corporate ladder, she gave up the fancy VP office, huge staff, and big budget. Today, you can find her here, at Roundpeg. Along with an extraordinarily talented team, which includes Bonnie the dog and Clyde the cat she helps small businesses become businesses.

A native New Yorker, she is a Hoosier by choice, and is committed to building a strong local economy in her adopted home. Recognized by the IBJ as one of the Most Influential Women in Indianapolis, she is an active member of the local Indianapolis business community. The former President of Rainmakers and the Network of Women in Business, Lorraine she currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Hamilton County Entrepreneurship Advancement Center.

Taylor Brough -
Roundpeg’s Art Director, Taylor Brough, is a graduate of the Henry Radford Hope School of Fine Art. Taylor creates award-winning artwork for ads, collateral, and Web designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Animoto. He is also well-versed in e-applications, including social media and Constant Contact. He is active in the community, serving on the advisory board for Rainmakers Northwest Hub. Michelle Ball - Michelle is a recent graduate of IUPUI. She received her Bachelors’ degree in Tourism, Conventions and Events management. Prior to graduating IUPUI she attended Vincennes University where she received her Associates’ degree in Multi-Media with an emphasis in Broadcasting.  
Before joining the Roundpeg team Michelle served as the Assistant Event Director for TechPoint working on programs such as The Mira Awards and the Technology Summit. Follow her on Twitter @minipeg
Jay Mattingly -
As Account Executive, Jay oversees account management, new business, and Web design at Roundpeg. The Kelley School of Business graduate creates modern, accessible Web sites using Wordpress platforms and FrontPage, earning him several awards for his work. Rebecca Pfeiffer - In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys long walks with her dogs and is an avid knitter. She can often be found at the side of fencing strips and soccer fields cheering her kids on to victory.  
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Rebecca holds a BA in Business Communications. Rebecca attained a Paralegal certificate and worked for many years as a paralegal in a consulting environment. Although Rebecca wears many hats at Roundpeg, her primary role is to maintain Lorraine’s sanity.

Allison Carter -Allison is a 2009 Elon University graduate with a degree in Corporate Communications. She specializes in writing and all things PR. Prior to coming to Roundpeg, Allison held internships with the Indiana State Fair, White River State Park, and IUPUI.
